The Daniel Fast and Your Health
The purpose of the spiritual fasting is to consecrate (set aside) a specific period of time to draw closer to God to hear from Him. A powerful side benefit of the Daniel Fast is the improvement in health that most people experience.
The Daniel Fast is a plant-based eating plan w/ the only beverage being water. When the bodies that God designed & created are fed the good quality foods He created especially for it improvements in health result. The high fiber in the fruit, vegetables and whole grains cleanses the body and improves digestion. It's not uncommon for cholesterol levels to drop, for blood sugar levels to balance, for weight to be lost and for a general feeling of well-being to be experienced.

I will be starting classes on Saturdays at the Dance N Drill location in Tyler. The classes will be held at 10am and will last for an hour. I am excited about having the opportunity about expanding into Tyler. I am looking forward to meeting new recruits and helping them get closer to reaching their goals!

Pre-teen girls that are interested in learning more about fitness and nutrition are welcome. I will challenge you nutritionally and physically.
* Teach them that health and fitness is not a diet or trend - it is a mindset that you establish that you maintain through life.
* Help them be more confident in who they are offer a support system for their times of struggle
* Provide an example of a healthy eating plan and give them exercises to complete prior to our next meeting.
NO Parents please. I want the girls to be able to confide and build relationships so they have an additional support system available.

Extra Session between Sessions 2 & 3
WE want more!!!
I have had many recruits tell me that they don't want to stop working out for that week that we are off between session 2 and session 3. If you are interested in signing up for an extra week of working out with me - let me know.
For those of you interested in adding an extra week I wanted to inform you that we will NOT be doing a Boot Camp style workout. I would like to possibly lead you through a spin class, more strength training and workouts that will use our body differently than what we do in our Boot Camps.
I want to give our bodies a rest of jumping and interval training and add a different type of cardio to condition our bodies in a different manner. I want to always confuse our bodies to prevent plateaus :)
Cost: $40
Days: M-F (This is a 5 day week training session)
Time: 5:00 am – 6:00 am
All pre-teen girls that are interested in learning more about fitness and nutrition are welcome to come and learn more about eating right and getting/staying in shape. I will challenge you nutritionally and physically.
